Maybe it is possible to not check http://dl.free.fr/jbJaPMVvN but to check this instead? http://dl.free.fr/getfile.pl?file=/bJaPMVvN
I don't know enough of Javascript to modify this myself but a dl.free link without "getfile.pl" is a direct download link that can be modified to a dl.free link proposing the download link.
I did this in Python 3, maybe you can do something similar in Javascript:
If you get a dl.free link check for getfile.pl in the link
If not found transform the link to "http://dl.free.fr/getfile.pl?file=/" + the string after the last "/" without the first char (it's not always a "j" like in the exemple link)
I hope that can be useful in any way and I wish you'll get better soon!
