EN-US, and i tried with chrome and firefox. Same result, live link is not green.

are you using a proxy or any add-ons that would block it ?
if you click a live link does it show English at the top right of their page as your language ?

it works for me also, are you using no script, adblock, vpn, proxy or anything else that would interfere?

I forbade all extensions, but i did not find where the problem is.
I created a new profile and now everything works. Thanks.
