future firefox 57 - patou - 09-18-2017 Hello here is a screenshot of greasemonkey: http://www.imagebam.com/image/098ddc601942633 which means that it will be disabled with FF 57 do you think there will be an update if so what will war follow friendly RE: future firefox 57 - mental - 09-18-2017 will have to wait and see what happens when ff 57 comes out. RE: future firefox 57 - patou - 09-19-2017 Hello Thank you for your answer the future will tell friendly RE: future firefox 57 - patou - 09-26-2017 hello here is an article I found https://www.ghacks.net/2017/09/21/greasemonkey-4-firefox-57-compatibility/ RE: future firefox 57 - mental - 09-26-2017 I installed firefox 57.0b3 64 bit and tampermonkey 4.5.5559 and the scripts seem to be working. If greasemonkey version 4 does not work with the scripts when it comes out it looks like switching to tampermonkey will solve the problem. RE: future firefox 57 - patou - 09-27-2017 Hello there will be at least one backup solution. thank you for your test friendly RE: future firefox 57 - patou - 11-18-2017 Hello I confirm that war works with FF57 64bits and tampermonkey greasemonkey does not work anymore with FF57 friendly RE: future firefox 57 - mental - 11-18-2017 Some key features that are required for w.a.r. to work are no longer supported in greasemonkey 4 so it Looks like w.a.r will not work with greasemonkey anymore unless they change their mind and put in support for older scripts in a future update. w.a.r. will work with tampermonkey or violentmonkey (violentmonkey seems to work best for me in firefox) and they are available for most browsers. RE: future firefox 57 - patou - 11-19-2017 hello mental thanks for the information friendly |
