I have fixed the dead links not being detected in version 1.2.3.6.

So far i have been unable to get the premium links detected, I will keep working on it.

Maybe this helps..

"This file is available with Premium only. Reason: the file's owner disabled free downloads." --> showing as alive

"This file is available with Premium only. Reason: this file is larger than 1024mb." --> showing as premium
