Today I attempted to configure the link checker to see if a file host that remained unchecked was there. When using a web site with download links, as soon as the configuration popup showed, it was immediately covered with another popup of the web site I was using. I couldn't get to the config popup at all.

I then tried it on a different site and got yet another new, odd behavior. As soon as the config popup showed, I was immediately sent to a new iteration of the original page I was on when I tried to invoke the config popup, however it never finishes loading.

Neither of these behaviors has happened to me before. The first one was on a trusted site I have used for years, however that site recently switched from phpbb to xenforo. The second one was at another trusted site I have also used for years and it uses vBulletin . It has not changed at all since the last time I configured the link checker.

I am using the latest version of WAR - 1440. I have no clue what to do to stop this odd behavior so would appreciate any insight or assistance anyone can offer. Thanks in advance.

It happens on some sites it's something they run on the site or a setting i never found out what, i have the same problem as you on 1 xenforo & 1 vbulletin site.

Just open the config window on a site that works when you want to check settings.
