WAR not working
#1
I'm using chrome with tampermonkey the war link checker was going thru it's paces ok for awhile then it just stopped fully checking links see pic

It's working ok on FF/greasemonkey but I prefer using chrome as it runs smoother for me

Can this be sorted or has support for chrome users stopped?

Hi, I just installed chrome with tampermonkey and w.a.r. and it is working for me, Is it still not working for you?

If it is not try...

Open the w.a.r. configuration window (hit CTRL+ALT+C on you keyboard all at the same time) and make sure all the hosts have a check in the check boxes.

If it still is not working try removing w.a.r. restart your browser the re-install w.a.r. (after install open the config window and select all hosts)

Sorry it took me so long to reply, I have been busy.

After my initial post above I removed w.a.r. & re-installed it, everything worked fine for about 1 day then all I got was the same as in above image pic.

So I turn the pc on today & everything is working ok again. I do notice that there was an update to ver: 1.2.5.7 . I'm wondering if the previous ver: may have developed some bugs,
although my colleague said his was working ok at the time mine wasn't. I'm hoping things will be ok from now on...I really hate using FF for browsing lol

Cheers mental & np re late reply Cool

Had the same prob with ver: 1.2.5.7 then I noticed there was a new update ver: 1.2.5.8 clicked/installed that & problem gone
I'm wondering now if that everytime a new update comes out that something is causing the previous version to stop working correctly?

hope not, for some reason the script has more problems with chrome than any other browser.

I also noted that there are attackers on refererer anonymizing service (hiderefer.com)  to alleviate that I removed it from the settings

It happens form time to time then google clears it up and it works again, the anonymizing service is not necessary i don't use it and disable it myself.
