My colleague uninstalled the new version and switched back to an older version that he had saved.

Version is noted as: // @version 1.2.4.6

He states this version works fine, but one of the drawbacks is it lacks any of the new hosts and doesn't distinguish between free and premium links.

Also, it's not just me that is having the problem at that forum.  

give me a link to that forum so i can see what the links show to me there, I have seen a few sites that have some kind of mod on them that interfere with w.a.r., also what language are you using?

all keep2share links i see work for me and the 100 moderators at the other sites i admin so it seems to only effect some people, we just need to try to find out why.

that site is using a script to redirect the links through http://antiref.com, that makes the links different and w.a.r. does not check them.

Since they are not redirecting all links just keep2share i would guess that keep2share has blacklisted their site and the only way for them to use keep2share links is to redirect them somewhere else first.

I made some changes, see if the new version 1.2.5.5. works for you.

Is that forum still redirecting their links?, the links look normal now (no redirect)

the reason i ask is that the changes i made to make the redirected links on that site work is causing other problems and i may have to find a different way to do that but i can not find any redirected links on that site any more.
