Beautifull WAR Link Chequer, but I have a problem

Looks like the script is confusing your site with box.net and is checking absolutely everything on your site.

I made some changes to the script and it should work right on your site now.

About the config page not working right, I have seen it display double like that on a couple different sites, yours is the only one i have seen close it, and it is caused by something unknown either on the site or the host I have never been able to find out what.

The only way to get around that is goto a different site and set the config page to what you want then go back to your site.

I can not see any links on your site so can't check to see if they are being checked correctly or not so you will have to let me know.
