that site is using cloudflare to protect their site, that is probably what is interfering with w.a.r. also.

Cloudflare is still messing with rockfile.eu. It's really a pain to have to click on the rockfile link every time a browser tab with a rockfile link is opened. Can this be fixed? Otherwise, I'll just have to stop checking rockfile.eu and proceed as if all those links are dead. Thanks.

Normally when you've opened a rockfile link and you've spent cloudflare.
The wits are well controlled as long as you do not change IP

once you click one of their links and let it check your browser it should work for any link for hours to come, it does for me.
you will have to let it check your browser once for any host that uses cloudflare protection, there is no way around it that i know of.
