try clicking one of the links and goto their site and let it check your browser, then it should work.

Ah I see. Gotcha. But it defies the purpose of the script then because I thought I'd be able to check without even going to the link directly

the script uses your browser to check the links, if the site won't let it see the download page it can't check them. several sites do this now, after they check your browser it will remember you and you won't have to do it again for a while.
